She’s a video vixen… Or at least she wanted to be. Bailey Alford, wife of Anthony, joins the show to continue our chat. She dives into her musical aspirations and how she balances her music career with the erratic nature of her husband’s job. Bailey talks the beginning of singing, her parents and how they feel about where she’s taken her lyrics and all the work that goes into her songwriting. Further, a surprise guest joins Barry and Matt, briefly, to chat. Bailey’s a joy to chat with and you’ll be heart warmed to hear her serenade her husband. Its just the cutest. Jake and Barry wind their way through Jake’s story, from his childhood, his fathers firm nature when it came the pursuit of music and how he ended up being a member of the E Street Band. His take on his position in the band will surprise you. The guys talk about Jake’s new music, which is rife with influences and discuss how his album should be digested as just that - a story that weaves it way through an album’s worth of music. The two discuss her humble beginnings, her relationship with geography and the trials and tribulations associated with life on the road. Her health and the curveballs tossed her way are also chatted on. All of it fodder for songs, Bif is candid when touching on a myriad of topics, not the least of which is getting involved with bad people during the pursuit of her dreams. She’s frank, she’s warm and her insight into the music business is wonderful. You’re gonna love it. Crazy Stories talks The Nintendo Entertainment System and snake on snake crime. Pinstripes and brothers. J.A. Happ, former Blue Jay and fan favourite, joins Outta The Park to talk about his new uniform, team and where he’s at now that he’s a Yankee. Barry and J.A chat about his unfortunate contraction of hand, foot and mouth disease, the adjustment his family has had to make and how Morgan, his wife and a friend of the show, stepped up to make the transition an easy one. J.A. is dearly missed and it would be wonderful to see him in a Blue Jays uniform again. Matt Borucki, brother of Blue Jay Ryan Borucki, chimes in to talk about his brother and the reaction to his Twitter feed.
