What legal mechanisms were in place on behalf of the league? Did they act accordingly? Something called social host liability is discussed. Scott Cowan drops a mind blowing legal bomb about bar fights that sends the trio off into a rabbit hole. Its a great organic conversation that develops. The guys finish off with “The British Soccer” riot and how the effects of the riot affected those in the stands. Do the fans have a case, legally, with regards to trauma? Is the soccer club liable? Yeah… All that. Its Outta The Court!
